                                    EMOTIONLESS

" As a baby, Naruto is cursed to feel no emotions what so ever. The only way to break the curse is for someone to fall in love with him but, who would love an emotionless person. Will there be a girl who breaks the curse?"

In the still air came along a whining sound. That sound was coming from a small infant. It was a dark winter's night, the cold breeze filled the broken down home. In that broken down home laid a small baby boy with a patch of sunny blonde hair and round ocean blue eyes. He laid on the brown wooden floor. A tall woman walked into the room and gazed at the poor infant. She approached the baby with a sorrowful look on her face. Her long, black feathered-cut bangs covered her almond-shape eyes. She bent down and picked up the boy. She cradled him in her arms. The women touched his soft creamy skin. She walked into the next room, where sat a metal table. Bottles filled with red liquid sat on the tabled. She gently placed the baby on the cold metal tabled. The baby looked up at the women with a sad look in his eyes. The women grabbed the beaker that was filled with a crystal blue liquid. She poured a teaspoon full of liquid on her hands. She rubbed her hands until they were dry, then she reached out and touched the baby's forehead. The black headed mistress announced a few words as she gently touched the baby and soon after a tall man come into the room and stood beside the women.

"I shall name him…Naruto." The man announced. He placed his thumb on the boy's forehead.

"Во имя дьявола, я объявляю вам проклят." He roared out loud. Then baby started to yelp and scream.

The women stared at the poor baby, not feeling any remorse or sympathy. The man pulled away his thumb, then the baby stopped screaming.

"There! Now, he is…cursed." His slanted eyes glared at the boy. The man reached into his pocket and pulled out a golden bracelet. The bracelet had letters carved into it the read: Naruto Uzumaki. He placed it around the baby's hand; it was alittle big on his wrist.

The tall man stormed out of the room, along trailed the women. The baby lay there, gazing around the room. The baby had a blank face, as he tossed and turned on the table.

Two days later, the baby named Naruto still looked around the room. A woman with neatly-combed light blonde hair walked in the house and saw the baby on the table. She ran over to him and picked him up.

"You poor thing." She cradled him in her thin arms. She walked around the house, looking for someone.

"No one seems to be here. Are you all alone little one?" Naruto didn't show any emotion.

"Well, you will come with me and I'll find you a nice home." She smiled at the baby.

She walked out of the house. White glistening snow fell from the cloudy sky. She cuddled Naruto up to her chest to give him warmth. The women stepped into the soft snow and carried poor little Naruto down the street. She walked him to a big home. The house was neatly painted with a light beige paint. The home had plenty of small windows. The wide-screen door had a sign on it. It read: Adoption Day! January 19.

She walked him inside the home where it was warm and cozy. A crowd of kids ran to the door and greeted the women.

"Lady Tsunade, who's the baby?" A child asked.

"I found this baby in the old house down the street. I was surprised because the house has been abandoned for years." The women said. The children gathered around to look at the new baby.

Lady Tsunade walked into the living room. It was nicely decorated with beautiful plants, pictures, and furniture. The floor was covered with maroon carpet. The walls were clean, covered with plenty of pictures of the kids.

The lady sat the baby on the red love seat. She noticed his bracelet, she looked at it and read the carving. The kids gathered around Lady Tsunade.

"Everyone, this is Naruto Uzumaki." She smiled. The kids gazed at the little boy with excitement. Some of the kids gave him a dirty look. One of those kids was Sasuke Uchiha. He was only 1 and a half years old, but he was a very bright child.

"Well, if there is a new kid in the house, then that makes it harder for us to get adopted." The little Uchiha said.

"Now Sasuke, everyone has an equal chance to get adopted." Lady Tsunade replied. Sasuke stomped his feet as he walked out of the room. All the other children were excited for the new baby.

One of the kids ran into the room, holding a some clothes in their hands.

"Here you go Lady Tsunade." The kid smiled. She grabbed the clothes, then changed Naruto.

"When is his birthday?" Another kid asked.

"I'm not sure, but since we found him today, today will be his birthday." She grabbed Naruto from underneath his arms. She brought him close to her face and she gently kissed his cheek. The baby looked around the room with no expression.

"Welcome to your new home, Naruto!"

16 years later

It was a bright sunny morning, and chaos was brewing in the household. Kids were screaming and running all over the place. It was that time of the year again…first day of school. Every year, Tsunade is stuck trying to dress, feed, pack lunches and backpacks for 15 kids. A boy with spiky blonde hair ran down the stairs in a red tee shirt and gray cargo jeans. He wore red and white converse with his name written on the shoelaces.

"Hey Naruto, are you excited? Your first year in a public school." Lady Tsunade smiled. Naruto has been homeschool until today. He is finally joining all the other kids.

"I don't feel excited." He said with the same blank expression he had ever since he was a baby. His large blue eyes stared at Lady Tsunade as she packed lunches. A boy with dark blue hair followed after Naruto.

"I'm off." He said about to walk out of the house.

"Hold it Sasuke. Do you have everything?" Tsunade asked.

"Tsunade, I'm not a kid. I don't need you to check me all the time."

"Alright, just go and take the others with you."

"Why!" He whined.

"Sasuke quit your whining and take the others." There were 2 other kids that were near the same age as Sasuke and they were going to the same high school.

"Fine…let's go everyone! You two Naruto." He yelled. A boy with dark chocolate brown hair and cat-like eyes ran down the stairs with excitement.

"Ya-hooo! I'm so ready for senior year!" He shouted.

"Shut up Kiba, where is Shino?" Sasuke sighed. He was growing inpatient. Another boy came downstairs. Half his face was covered with his green jacket.

"I'm ready." He said with a low tone of voice. His eyes were covered by his black glasses that we never takes off.

"Come on, hurry up already." Sasuke shoved everyone out the door. The sun shined bright on the boys as they walked to the black jeep. Sasuke got into the driver's seat. Kiba jumped into the passenger seat and the other 2 were in the back.

The boys put on their seat belts before taking off. Sasuke fixed his mirrors then took off. It took the boys 13 minutes to get to the school. It was silence in the car, no one said a word.

"Finally, we're here! Naruto, you are gonna have a great time in this school." Kiba smiled. Naruto looked at the building.

It was a very large building, made of red bricks. Plenty of teenagers covered the front of the school. Sasuke parked the car where other teenagers from the school parked as well. Kiba jumped out of the car and ran to a group of kids. Shino got out of the car and followed Kiba, same as Sasuke. Naruto got out and paused. He took a good look at the school.

"Wow! So this is...public school." He walked up to the front of the school, where it was crowded with people. He took a deep breath.

"I'm ready."
